Service Fees and Payment

Our service fees are based on the agreed-upon terms in your service agreement. We reserve the right to modify our fees with reasonable notice. Payment terms are as follows:

• Monthly billing cycle
• Payment due within 30 days of invoice
• Late payments subject to interest charges
• Service fees based on percentage of collections or flat rate

Client Responsibilities

As a client of ClaimCarePro, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
• Grant necessary access to billing systems
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage

Confidentiality and Data Protection

We maintain strict confidentiality and security measures in accordance with:

• Our internal security protocols

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding fees must be paid
• Client data will be returned or destroyed as requested
• Transition assistance may be provided

Limitation of Liability

ClaimCarePro shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Service interruptions beyond our control
• Third-party actions or inactions

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
